Sadly, Swansea does exactly the same. No bins here. Everything left out in bags. Seagulls love it.It's often made worse by the fact the bin men (rightly or wrongly) won't collect split bags, even if they weren't split when they were put out.Makes the city look like an absolute shithole once every week.
